Custom Trip Websites

With an in-house web designer, we can design a website to manage registration, agenda details, flight bookings, and FAQs.

Graphic Design

Moniker has an in-house graphics team that can design and ensure consistent branding across all communication mediums and in-hand collateral.

Room Drops & Gifting

We will assist with the sourcing and design of unique and functional swag and/or gifting for your attendees both before or during the trip.

The process

How It Works

step 1

Intro Call

Every program begins with a phone call. We'll discuss your objectives, ask a few questions, and maybe even throw around a few ideas to begin. We'll explain what we actually do, how it all works, and how we might be able to help. From there, we'll send you a summary by e-mail and if all looks good - get started on a proposal.

step 2

Research & Proposal
‍(Complimentary)

We believe in knowing who you're dealing with before any money is spent. After our initial conversations, we'll prepare a complimentary proposal outlining 3-5 retreat locations with hotels, activities, and more. You'll narrow down your top 3 choices, and we'll create an agenda and preliminary budget for you to compare options and make an informed decision.

Letter of Engagement & Tinkering

After reviewing our proposal, you can decide if you want to engage us. If you wish to dive deeper, we'll sign a simple agreement and make a small deposit as a virtual handshake.
We'll ask you to narrow your top choice(s), and then we'll start working the phones to negotiate the best possible terms and prices for you, as we hone in on the precise itinerary and corresponding budget for your program.

Contract Stage

By this stage, we've more or less figured out (A) the destination, (B) where (and when) you're going, and (C) the general outline of the day-to-day agenda and corresponding budget,

Only after you're happy with the budget and itinerary from Step 3, will we finalize the process by signing a contract. After that, the real fun begins as we roll our sleeves up and get elbow deep into the heaps of retreat planning that lies ahead. (But don't worry, we'll be doing most of it!)

step 5

Planning Stage

After we've locked everything in, you'll be introduced to your dedicated planning team of 3 Trip Planners (a "Pod" as we call it) who will be with you throughout the entire process, from Kick-Off to On-Site Execution. They will host planning calls with you on a bi-weekly basis, but be available for questions on a daily basis via Slack or e-mail.

On-Site Execution

Our staff will be in the forefront (while simultaneously in the background, clipboards and all), ensuring everything runs seamlessly and your guests' every need and whim is attended to. Think of us as your butler, concierge, and Bat Phone all rolled into one – except instead of Alfred, call us Moniker.
